With parking for two cars at the rear, you enter from the walled garden into the modern, yet traditional, farmhouse kitchen – fully equipped with everything you need including a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an additional downstairs washroom in the kitchen.
The kitchen leads onto the spacious dining room which can comfortably seat up to eight people, with access through French doors onto the rear garden. The dining room leads onto the hallway with front door access and the lounge with a fantastic log burning stove, large sofas and Smart TV.
From the hallway, the stairway to the first floor leads to the large master bedroom at one end of the house, with a king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. An ensuite electric shower, washbasin and WC has been added to this room. The landing leads onto the other end of the house where there are two more bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Master Bedroom: King size bed & ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with one bedside table and wardrobe.
Family bathroom: Shower over bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
The second stairs lead to a cosy, yet light attic bedroom with twin beds and a further bathroom with a sumptuous roll top bath, washbasin and WC.
All the cottages are equipped with: kettle, toaster, hand held mixer, microwave, kitchenware, internet, bedding, towels, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, dog blankets. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
